By accessing and using Genqoo, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Genqoo for personal and commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may:

• Use our AI generators for creating content
• Use generated content for personal or commercial purposes
• Share generated content without attribution requirements

Restrictions

You are specifically restricted from:

• Using our service for illegal or harmful purposes
• Attempting to reverse engineer or copy our AI models
• Overloading our servers with excessive requests
• Creating content that violates intellectual property rights

Generated Content

You own the rights to content generated using our tools. However, we cannot guarantee the uniqueness or originality of generated content, as AI models are trained on existing data.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

Genqoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our service.
